3.  If you set up a payment plan, whatever account you sign up with will be automatically charged on the due date so be sure your payment method is up-to-date

Your credit card or bank statement will show a payment from either "NIV" "Northern Indiana" or "574-274-6495." For some reason the director's cell phone shows up on some statements so please know that is just your NIVA payment!

***IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON TIME, YOUR CHILD WILL BE HELD OUT OF PRACTICES AND/OR COMPETITION UNTIL A PAYMENT IS MADE.

NIVA does an OPTIONAL annual fundraiser.  If you choose to sell for the fundraiser, your club fees will be discounted by 50% of the total amount sold. 

The top seller in 10U, 12U and 14U  will get their fees waived. 
**HS Club and Travel teams are not included in the top seller competition but do qualify for the 50% discount**

Fundraiser details will be sent home by your feeder head/coaches.

• $35 registration fee 
  • If you do not make a team, we will refund this fee in full
• $325 club fees...if you pay your fees in full by December 17th, you get a $25 discount = $300 for the year
  • Use the code PIF23 on your invoice for $25 off
    • IF YOU DON'T PAY IN FULL BY 12/17, YOU DO NOT GET THE DISCOUNT...NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES!!!
    • If you do not pay in full, it will be half due December 17th and final payment January 17th
• Fees are ALL-inclusive and cover:
  • 2 tshirt uniform tops and a pair of spandex
  • 6 power league tournament dates (approx 18 matches)
  • Practice Time 
  • Club insurance
  • Rental fees (the Independent feeder charges an additional gym rental fee of $65 per season)
  • Coach fees
  • Team volleyballs, carts, equipment, etc.
    
    Any missed payments will result in your child missing practices/games until your account is up-to-date

Fees include:

• all practices, court time and rental fees
• club insurance
• coach insurance and pay
• coach travel and hotel rooms
• equipment: balls, nets, antenna, carts, etc.
• all tournament fees 
• nationals fees for purple & black teams
• nationals gifts for purple & black teams
• coach & player development training with college coaches 
• speed & agility training (13-18U purple, black, white, grey & silver) 
• recruiting services (14-18U purple, black, white, grey & silver)
  • NIVA has a recruiting coordinator on staff to help you navigate the process!
  • all recruiting meetings, tutorials, showcases through  NIVA are included in fees

Additional Fees:

• $20 AAU Membership (paid directly to AAU)
• $125 NON-REFUNDABLE TRYOUT FEE
  • if you do not make a travel team, you can play on a non-travel team and this money will follow you (you don't have to pay another tryout fee and get a credit for the extra amount)
  • If you do not stay at NIVA, you forfeit the tryout fee
  • sign up by October 16th for the early bird discount - $25 off!!
• Uniform Package (paid directly to Under Armour)
  • $232-$255 plus tax 
    **prices range based on youth or adult sizes**
• USAV player fees for teams that attend those events ($55), only 16-18 purple/17-18 black teams attend these qualifiers
• Once you commit to a team, these fees are expected to be paid in full by the due dates.  You will not receive a refund if you choose to quit or leave the team.  The only refunds issued will be for a season-ending injury or other serious issue.
